Signs
& Educational Materials
for Your Establishment

A company calling itself Washington Food Service Compliance Center is sending out the following letter to food service establishments in WA (and under different names to establishments in other states).

While it has modified the letter from previous years to ensure there are no untrue statements, the wording and tone of the letter make it sound like it is coming from a government entity and that buying its expensive hand washing signs will somehow improve food code compliance. Free examples of approved signs can be downloaded from the following link:
Handwashing
Signs - Post these signs
near your handwashing areas
and other areas within your
facility.
Temperature
Record Sheets - Print
and use to monitor temperatures
within your establishment
or for catering operations.
